Window Guard is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Film Cutter to join our growing team of security professionals in the GTA. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately measuring, handling, and cutting a variety of window films for residential and commercial projects.
This is a part-time position with a chance to develop into a full-time role. It is a hands-on job that’s ideal for someone who enjoys precision work, takes pride in accuracy, and works well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Measuring windows and preparing accurate cuts for various types of window film
- Cutting window film precisely and efficiently according to project specifications
- Handling and organizing film materials carefully to prevent damage, contamination, or waste
- Preparing film rolls and materials for installation crews
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized cutting and work area
- Assisting with loading and unloading materials and supplies when required
- Using measuring tools, cutting tools, and related equipment safely and effectively
- Performing quality checks to ensure all cuts meet company standards
- Following all safety procedures and company guidelines
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 2 years of film cutting and handling experience (car tint or wraps are accepted)
- Experience working with different types of window and security films
- Strong measuring and precision cutting skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience using hand tools and cutting equipment safely and effectively
