As a long-standing company with proprietary systems, established vendor relationships, and a strong base of major account customers, we are looking for a dependable, driven, and detail-oriented professional to join our team in an important inside sales support role.
Position Overview
Easylease Corp is seeking an Inside Sales Support Representative – Major Accounts to assist with the day-to-day management and support of several key customer and vendor accounts.
This role will involve working closely with customers, vendors, outside sales representatives, and internal team members to ensure transactions are handled efficiently, accurately, and professionally from initial request through approval, documentation, and funding.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales and financing environment. Experience in equipment sales, leasing, financing, or vendor/customer account management would be considered a strong asset.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal directly with customers, vendors, and outside sales representatives in a professional and service-focused manner.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of credit packages to our admin team
- Gather customer information, financial details, equipment invoices, quotes, applications, and supporting documents.
- Manage lease documentation, including preparing, reviewing, tracking, and following up on required paperwork.
- Monitor transactions from application through approval, documentation, funding, and completion.
- Follow up with customers, vendors, and internal team members to keep files moving forward.
- Assist with lease renewals, repeat business opportunities, and ongoing account maintenance.
- Provide customer service support to major accounts and help resolve questions or issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate internally with credit, documentation, sales, accounting, and operations teams.
- Manage account reporting, transaction status updates, and pipeline tracking.
- Keep Easylease’s internal systems, records, and customer files accurate and up to date.
- Support outside sales representatives by helping manage communication, documentation, and follow-up activity.
- Help ensure customers and vendors receive a high level of service throughout the leasing process.
- Identify opportunities to improve account handling, follow-up processes, and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in equipment sales, equipment leasing, financing, banking, commercial lending, customer account management, or a related sales support role is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with vendors, customers, sales representatives, or financial institutions would be considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of sales support, customer service, documentation, and follow-up processes.
- Ability to prepare and organize credit packages, applications, invoices, quotes, financial information, and supporting documents.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files, deadlines, and priorities at the same time.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation and customer information.
- Ability to work independently while also coordinating effectively with a team.
- Driven, motivated, and eager to contribute to the success of major customer accounts.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where follow-up, urgency, and accuracy are important.
- Professional, reliable, and customer-service focused.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn proprietary software systems.
- Experience with CRM systems, leasing software, Microsoft Office, Excel, or similar business software would be an asset.
- Ability to handle confidential customer, vendor, and financial information with discretion.
- A positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks from start to finish.

Compensation
Compensation will include a competitive base salary plus commission, with the final structure determined based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
