Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Condominium Property Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in managing property-related operations, maintaining excellent tenant and client relationships, and supporting the overall efficiency of our property management functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, experience with property management software, and a customer-focused approach to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold the company's reputation for exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update property records using Shiftsuite and other property management software systems.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate documentation related to property operations.
- Respond promptly to unit owner and client inquiries via phone or email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Assist in scheduling maintenance requests and liaising with vendors through CMMS systems to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Support sales efforts by providing information to prospective tenants or clients and assisting with lease negotiations.
- Maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal teams to foster a cooperative environment.
- Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and maintenance activities as needed.
Skills
- Proficiency in Shiftsuite or similar property management software is highly desirable.
- Strong office experience with excellent organizational skills.
- Prior administrative experience in property management or related fields.
- Effective sales skills coupled with negotiation abilities to support leasing activities.
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette.
- Knowledge of property management processes, including data entry, filing systems, and CMMS tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal for effective stakeholder engagement. Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
