Industrial Maintenance Technician
Location: Mississauga, ON
Compensation: $35–$43/hour + Benefits
Shift: Permanent Day Shift | Monday–Friday
Our client, a growing precision manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their Maintenance Department.
Responsibilities
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with equipment repairs
Support breakdown response, component replacements, and machine adjustments
Maintain CNC machinery, manufacturing equipment, and plant systems
Complete maintenance documentation and follow safety procedures
Qualifications
2–7 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience with PM programs, hand tools, and production machinery
CNC, material handling, or Millwright experience is an asset
