Job Summary - NIGHT SHIFT
The Forklift Ingredient/Warehouse Handler & AZ Shunt Driver plays a key role in supporting production by managing warehouse inventory and ensuring the efficient movement of goods between storage and production areas. This position combines warehouse forklift operations with professional AZ driving responsibilities within company facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming ingredients, packaging, and production materials
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments as required
- Replenish production lines with necessary materials in a timely manner
- Sort, label, and properly store warehouse inventory
- Operate AZ vehicles to safely shunt trailers between warehouse and production facilities
- Coordinate with the Dry Warehouse Supervisor to ensure accurate and timely material flow
- Perform cycle counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory records
- Conduct general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid AZ driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
- Minimum 1 year of AZ driving experience
- Proven experience operating forklifts and rider/walkie equipment
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing environment experience preferred
- Strong awareness of workplace safety practices
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Compensation
At Chapman’s, compensation is guided by a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes and rewards individual contributions.
Wages
$30 per hour
