Licensed 310J Trailer Mechanic
Royal Tank Lines is a growing food-grade tanker transportation company seeking a Licensed 310J Trailer Mechanic to join our maintenance team in Innisfil, Ontario.
You'll work alongside experienced technicians to maintain a modern fleet of food-grade tanker trailers, ensuring safe, reliable equipment for our drivers and customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on tanker trailers.
- Diagnose and repair brakes, suspension, electrical, air, ABS, and hydraulic systems.
- Complete welding and fabrication repairs.
- Perform annual safety inspections.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe.
- Work with drivers and shop staff to minimize equipment downtime.
- Experience working on tanker trailers is preferred. Experience with stainless steel tankers, pneumatic systems, pumps, and food-grade equipment is considered a strong asset.
Qualifications
- Valid 310J Trailer Technician Licence.
- 2+ years of trailer maintenance experience preferred.
- Welding and fabrication experience required.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Own hand tools.
- Valid G Driver's Licence and reliable transportation.
Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
