Role Summary
The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with 3-5 key wellness brand and private label clients. The role is focused on account & relationship management, project commercialization, and driving growth with existing and new accounts.
The successful candidate brings a win-win approach to client relationship management and builds trust through consistently executing with excellence ensuring on-time, in-full completion of orders in collaboration with our operations and planning teams through our shared values of honesty, ethics, teamwork, and innovation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated success in an account management role
- A degree or equivalent in a scientific and/or business discipline is preferred
- Experience in the supplement/nutraceutical or directly adjacent industry
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities
- Strong understanding of sales pipeline management and CRM best practices
Accountabilities & Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts
- Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for key clients
- Develop and execute account growth strategies and annual business plans
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning meetings
- Identify opportunities for line extensions, reformulations, and new product launches
- Coordinate commercialization projects with internal teams
- Manage active orders, forecasting, pricing, and change management activities
- Monitor account performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project execution & client satisfaction
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline within Zoho CRM
- Track sales activities, conversion metrics, and pipeline progression
- Collaborate with team on new business development opportunities
- Generate new opportunities through trade shows, conferences, and industry events
Remuneration
· Salary of $75-$85K+ up to 15% variable comp depending on experience
