Registered Massage Therapist — Part-Time Room Rental / Split OpportunityJob Summary
Cogent Physical Rehabilitation Center is a physiotherapy-led rehabilitation clinic in Burlington, Ontario, providing one-on-one care for clients with musculoskeletal pain, sports injuries, post-surgical needs, neurological conditions, concussion and vestibular concerns, balance issues, and complex rehabilitation goals.
We are looking for a professional, compassionate, and clinically minded Registered Massage Therapist to join our clinic on a part-time independent practitioner basis. This opportunity may be structured as room rental, revenue split, or independent billing depending on the candidate’s preference, experience, and fit.
This role may be ideal for an RMT who is interested in a therapeutic rehabilitation environment rather than a spa-based setting, and who would like to build a caseload within a professional physiotherapy clinic.
Expected hours: 8–16 hours per week to start, with the opportunity to increase as caseload grows. Evening and/or Saturday availability would be an asset.

- Maintain a clean, safe, professional, and welcoming treatment environment.
