Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Assistant Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will support the dining staff by ensuring excellent guest experiences through attentive service, food handling, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in food service, customer interaction, and restaurant operations within a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Assisting servers by handling takeout orders, food serving, bussing (clearing and setting tables), and hosting.
- Available to work at least 4 days a week (must include a mix of weekdays and weekends).
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Valid Smart Serve certification.
- Skills
- Minimum of 6 months serving experience in Canada.
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
- Experience with cleaning routines in a restaurant or kitchen environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards guest interactions and colleagues.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
