Join Right at Home Mississauga South and Central as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) who speaks Cantonese and is female. Based in Mississauga, Ontario, this role is vital in delivering exceptional homecare services aligned with our company's values of compassion and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Administer medications accurately and monitor health conditions.
- Support clients with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain detailed records of care provided.
- Follow care plans and adjust support as needed.
- Uphold the dignity and independence of each client.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in senior care or homecare settings.
- Fluency in Cantonese is required.
- Compassionate with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of medication administration and dementia care.
- Valid PSW certification or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation preferred.
- Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.

Pay: $17.89-$29.41 per hour
