This role involves providing exceptional residential cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes are spotless and well-maintained. As a contractor, you will have flexible scheduling options and the opportunity to work independently while delivering high-quality cleaning standards. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused attitude to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface sanitation
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled appointments
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in all assigned homes
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, respectful, and responsive to client requests or concerns
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English; French language skills are a plus for communication with diverse clients
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry processes, and household organization
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation to reach various client locations across the GTA
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment
