Overview
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused CPAP Administrator to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting our sleep therapy program by ensuring all documentation is prepared for appointments and assisting clients throughout their CPAP journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize all documentation and paperwork required for patient appointments
- Communicate with patients, physicians, and insurers regarding sleep studies, medical documentation, Insurance requirements and approvals
- Schedule appointments and manage patient bookings
- Assign and track rental CPAP equipment
- Assist clients with the purchase of CPAP machines, masks, and supplies
- Provide education and guidance on proper CPAP use and care
- Respond to general CPAP-related inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Support overall clinic operations and assist with additional duties as assigned by the Branch Coordinator or management team
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Comfortable working with medical documentation and insurance processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers and scheduling systems
- Previous experience in healthcare, administration, or medical equipment is an asset (but not required)
Pay: From $38,000.00 per year
