Hearing Care Doctors (Edmonton) Ltd is seeking a part time, motivated, organized and people friendly receptionist/administrative assistant.
The following qualities are must:
- Be efficient in front office work, handle phone calls and client needs with ease
- Create a memorable customer experience with every interaction with the patient
- Own the front reception and lobby area and offer amazing service to all the patients
- Be courteous and proactive in attending to patient needs
- Show them towards coffee area and offer explanation to display items and any questions they might have.
- Have positive attitude and friendly nature
- Be presentable
- Ensure the customer area is professional and inviting in appearance
Administrative duties:
- Make appropriate appointments
- Be meticulous to details and organized
- Complete financial transactions and end of the sales report
- Complete 3rd party billings (AADL, WCB, DVA, NIHB and others)
- Other administrative duties will be discussed during the interview
- Excellent computer skills and efficient in computerized patient management system.
- Should be able to take job related online training as and when required
