Centre-Based Clinical Services (CBRS)

Schedule, manage, coordinate and effectively deliver services to clients identified and referred to Occupational Therapy services
-
Assess client needs and develop service plans based on assessment results and client/family goals
-
Implement treatment plans that meet client/family needs and adhere to evidence-based practice and clinical guidelines
-
Support community participation and transitions
-
Participate in clinics and programs as assigned (i.e., Feeding, Seating, Rehab, Neuromuscular)
-
Contribute to program and process development activities
-
Integrate solution-focused coaching and F-words for child development frameworks in intervention.
Qualifications:-
Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university;
-
Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO);
-
ADP Individual Authorizer status for mobility devices would be an asset,
-
2 years of experience working in the field with children with special needs and their families preferred;

Experience with pediatric feeding and/or splinting is an asset;
-
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management proficiency;
-
An ability to display a high level of initiative;

Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
-
Must possess a valid Ontario driver’s license and have access to a personal vehicle.
