As a Food & Beverage (F&B) Associate, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional dining and guest service across our restaurant, café, banquet, or lounge operations. You will assist guests with food and beverage service while ensuring cleanliness, efficiency, and a welcoming atmosphere.

- Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve meals, beverages, and special requests in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with restaurant setup, table preparation, and maintaining cleanliness of dining areas
- Ensure tables and service stations remain clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Respond to guest questions, dietary requests, and concerns professionally
- Support banquet events, room service, or resort dining operations when needed
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
- Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth service
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate billing when required
- Previous hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or customer service experience is an asset (but not required)
