ABL Employment - ACES Division is recruiting for a dynamic logistics Forklift Operator/Shipper/Receiver and become a vital part of our warehouse operations! Duties
- Safely operate forklifts, including reach trucks, to load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling and stacking of materials
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments by verifying quantities and inspecting packages for damage or discrepancies
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) software such as AS400 to track inventory levels, update records, and facilitate order processing
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and attention to detail, supporting e-commerce and warehouse distribution needs
- Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and organizing warehouse space to optimize storage efficiency
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols; utilize basic math skills for counting and measuring items
- Maintain accurate shipping & receiving documentation, including logs, delivery receipts, and order pick lists
Shifts :
Afternoon & Midnight shifts available with shift premium
Requirements
- Proven experience operating forklifts, especially reach trucks; certification is highly preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), MRP systems like AS400, or similar software tools used in warehouse distribution
- Prior warehouse experience involving shipping & receiving, order picking, and order fulfillment processes
- Ability to load & unload goods efficiently while following safety standards; physically capable of lifting heavy items when necessary
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory accuracy and documentation
- Basic math skills for counting items, measuring packages, and verifying shipments
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and follow instructions accurately

Pay: $19.00-$22.50 per hour
