Graphic Design & Administrative AssistantPosition Overview
The Graphic Design & Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for creating and maintaining visual materials that support the sales team and overall brand presence. This role also provides administrative and operational support, including data entry and document handling, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities/ Graphic Design (Primary Focus)
- Design and update sales materials, brochures, and internal documents using tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Ensure all materials are visually consistent, easy to understand, and aligned with company branding
- Prepare files for print and distribution
- Make updates and revisions to existing materials as needed
Sales Support
- Assist the sales team with preparing documents and materials
- Communicate with sales representatives to support ongoing requests
- Help ensure all sales documents are accurate and up to date
Data Entry & System Support
- Enter new customer accounts into internal systems
- Input and update new service plans
- Maintain accurate and organized records
Administrative Support
- Process mail orders and coordinate sending brochures and materials
- Print and organize documents for internal and external use
- Assist with general administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
- Experience in graphic design or a design-focused role
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Strong attention to detail and layout/design consistency
- Comfortable with data entry and administrative tasks
- Good communication and organizational skills
