Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Siding Installation Specialist to join our dynamic construction team. Duties
- Measure and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine siding installation requirements
- Prepare surfaces and framing to ensure proper siding attachment and long-lasting results
- Install various types of siding materials including fiber cement, metal, or composite with accuracy and attention to detail
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout the installation process to maintain high standards
- Supervise junior team members or apprentices, providing guidance on best practices and safety procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience in siding installation or related construction roles with a strong understanding of building exterior systems
- Familiarity with blueprint reading
- Supervising experience in a construction environment is highly preferred
- Strong skills in quality control, and project coordination
- Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately
- Excellent physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and working at heights in various weather conditions
- Construction experience combined with a focus on craftsmanship and safety compliance
