As a Nigerian takeout restaurant in Winnipeg, Manitoba, we’re looking for friendly, detail-oriented individuals to join us as FRONT END SERVERS who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers with warmth and professionalism.
- Take and pack orders accurately, efficiently, and with a smile.
- Share menu insights and recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Handle payments, maintain cleanliness in the front-end area, and collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff.
- Assist the back end staff with preparing simple menu items during rush hours.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings and evenings.
- Knowledge and passion for Nigerian cuisine is a plus.
