ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Client Success Manager, you'll be the steady hand guiding our clients from onboarding to outcomes. You'll build trusted relationships, keep communication flowing, and make sure every client feels supported and set up to win.
This is a role for someone who finds deep satisfaction in organized systems, meaningful follow-through, and being the person clients count on.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Guide new clients through onboarding with warmth and clarity
- Maintain accurate client records across our CRM and internal tools
- Send timely, thoughtful updates and follow-ups to clients
- Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to keep delivery on track
- Track milestones and flag risks before they become problems
- Contribute to improving internal SOPs and workflows
- Show up as a collaborative, reliable presence for your team
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required:
- 2+ years of client management, account coordination, or similar client-facing experience
- 1+ year of digital marketing experience (Facebook Ads, funnels, CRMs, or email marketing)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, confident communicator — written and verbal
- Comfortable working within structured systems and processes
Preferred:
- Background in customer success, operations, or service-based businesses
- Familiarity with SOP-driven environments
- A genuine interest in continuous learning and growth
