Allure Medical Aesthetics is a premiere Medical Aesthetic and Wellness Clinic in Southampton, Ontario. We are on the lookout for a talented and dynamic Medical Aesthetician/Laser Technician to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Treatment Delivery: Perform chemical peels, medical facials, and laser treatments with the utmost safety, comfort, and hygiene.
- Client Assessment: Evaluate skin conditions and tailor treatments to address client concerns effectively.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate client records and update profiles post-treatment.
- Sales Proficiency: Demonstrate strong sales skills, excellent product knowledge, and a knack for selling skincare products.
- Client Education: Provide comprehensive information on cosmetic treatments and skincare products, including pre and post-procedure care and treatment frequency.
- Customer Service: Ensure client satisfaction and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold quality service by adhering to organizational standards.Safety & Maintenance: Maintain equipment, follow safety protocols, and manage accidents or incidents efficiently.
Additional Experience and Skills:
- Must be a licensed Medical Aesthetician with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Strong team player.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Medical Aesthetician or Laser Technician with relevant certifications or licenses
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures in aesthetic treatments
- Experience with retail sales, and guest services in a spa or medical setting
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly demeanor to foster client loyalty
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in hospitality or beauty industries is advantageous
