Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. You will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding guest services, ensuring that patrons enjoy their meals in a welcoming, relaxed and efficient environment. Your ability to manage time effectively, while being welcoming and maintaining high standards of food safety will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining a high level of hospitality throughout the dining experience.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
- Process payments accurately through cashiering duties, including handling cash and credit transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and assist with any necessary tasks as needed.
Skills
- Basic math skills for accurate order taking and payment processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and guest needs simultaneously.
- Serving experience is a must.
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
