About the Role
We are currently seeking a driven and relationship-focused Regional Sales Manager to support sales growth within the Calgary market. This role is responsible for managing existing accounts while actively identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new business partners.
This is a highly relationship-driven B2B sales role where you will work directly with owners, finance managers, and sales teams within the home improvement and home services industries to help implement consumer financing solutions. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who enjoys hunting for new business, building long-term partnerships, and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners
- Drive partner engagement and sales growth through consultative selling
- Coach and support partners on financing programs, tools, and best practices
- Deliver training sessions for small and midsize businesses
- Ensure new partner employees are properly trained on the financing platform
- Maintain compliance with approval and risk requirements
- Grow volume within existing accounts while onboarding new partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to support a seamless partner experience
- Travel regularly for dealer visits, tradeshows, offsites, and events
Qualifications
- 5+ years of direct B2B sales and relationship management experience
- Experience in consumer financing, SaaS, or home improvement industries is considered a strong asset
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle required
- Must be located in Calgary, Alberta
- Comfortable traveling up to 50% of the time
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $80,000–$90,000
- Variable bonus: 67%
- On-target earnings: approximately $133,000–$150,300
