We provide carpentry, plumbing and electrical services through innovative apprenticeships that empower women, advance equity, and strengthen communities in construction. We're looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office & Finance Administrator to help manage the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of our growing business.

What You'll Do:
Bookkeeping & Payroll
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Process payroll and maintain payroll records, including T4’s and Remittances
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Prepare invoices and monitor payments
- Maintain accurate financial records using Sage
- Assist with GST/HST filings, month-end reporting, and year-end preparation
Office Administration:
- Provide administrative support to management
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office communications
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Maintain filing systems and office records
- Assist with contracts, reports, and project documentation
- Help keep the office running efficiently and professionally
Education & Experience:
- Diploma or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, Office Administration, Bookkeeping, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and office administration.
- An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

We're looking for someone who is:
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Experienced with bookkeeping and payroll, including project & department management
- Proficient with Sage
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Friendly, professional, and committed to excellent customer service
Experience in the construction industry is considered an asset but is not required.
