This position is Afternoon/Evening shifts.
No previous line cooking experience required, but minimum 1 year line cooking experience is preferred.
Must hold valid Food Safety Certificate.
This positions responsibilities include
- Food Preparation
- Basic inventory management (stocking the line)
- Cleanup/Shutdown Procedures at the end of the shift
- Following Interior Health Food Safety Guideline
