Manager (must be bilingual in Chinese and English)

--Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to policies

--Lead and motivate staff by providing guidance, training, and support in their roles

--Oversee food preparation processes to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

--Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximize profitability.

--Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the restaurant.

--Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance guest satisfaction.

--Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.

--Monitor staff performance and conduct regular evaluations to foster professional development.

--Ensure proper use of POS systems for efficient order processing and payment handling.

Server (must be bilingual in Chinese/Cantonese and English)
--Greeting customers upon arrival at the restaurant

--Providing excellent customer service during their dining experience

--Providing suggestions for food or drink choices to diners

--Taking feedback from diners

--Cleaning tables and preparing spaces for future diners

--Carrying drinks and food from the kitchen or bar area to the tables

--Memorizing the food menu and drink menu as well as nightly specials

--Setting tables throughout the shift

Food runner (must be bilingual in Chinese/Cantonese and English)

--Delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables quickly and accurately

--Communicating food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities and special requests (e.g. food allergies)

--Ensuring food is served following safety standards (e.g. proper temperature)

--Informing restaurant staff about customers' feedback or requests
