Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our site, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, eager to learn, and committed to contributing to the success of our projects.
Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal to maintain a safe and organized work area
- Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks as directed
- Help in preparing work sites, including setting up tools and materials
- Transport supplies and materials within the worksite as needed
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents immediately
- Participate in routine maintenance of tools and equipment
Skills
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks throughout the day
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
- Preference to be given to applicants with construction / landscaping experience
- Good communication skills for teamwork and safety compliance
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a construction or industrial environment (nice-to-have)
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as required
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation as work sites vary.
Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
