We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Duties
- Identify and prospect potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling
- Present and demonstrate our products or services to prospective clients effectively
- Develop tailored sales proposals that meet client needs and showcase value
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve individual and team targets
- Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies for market expansion
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our brand and generate leads
Skills
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Ability to understand client needs and present solutions convincingly
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving goals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Maintain and develop sales resources
- Retail operations and maintain sales room
- Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with CRM software, knowledge of the industry market trends, and proficiency in digital marketing tools
