What You’ll Be Doing
As a leader on the ground, you will oversee a dedicated crew to ensure our properties look pristine.
- Lead & Mentor: Train and supervise your groundskeeping crew to maintain high quality-control standards.
- Safety First: Run daily toolbox meetings and ensure all FLHAs and safety policies are followed.
- Expert Maintenance: Oversee professional mowing, pruning, fertilizing, and noxious weed control.
- Equipment Care: Perform minor repairs on gear to keep the crew moving efficiently.
- Client Satisfaction: Monitor moisture levels and plant health to ensure long-term landscape success.
What You Bring to the Team
- Experience: 4–5 years in professional landscape maintenance with a proven track record of leading others.
- Physical Stamina: You love the "outdoor gym" and can lift 50 lbs. repeatedly.
- Weather Resilience: You’re comfortable leading through the heat, rain, and dust.
- Technical Skill: Expert-level knowledge of small engine equipment and power tools.
- Reliability: You show up for your team, every time. A valid driver’s license and reliable transport to the yard are essential.
