Purpose of the Position:
The Parts & Service Coordinator is directly responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Service and Parts departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Parts Management: Order, receive, inspect, and organize parts, maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Service Scheduling: Coordinate service appointments and dispatch technicians.
- Logistics & Shipping: Pick, pack, and ship parts, ensuring timely delivery to technicians or customers.
- Documentation & Reporting: Open, update, and close work orders; process purchase orders; generate invoices, and maintain records in company software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Customer Support: Act as the primary contact for service updates and inquiries.
- Inventory Control: Perform inventory counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication for communicating with suppliers, technicians, and customers.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with mechanical/technical parts, particularly in agricultural, heavy equipment, or automotive sectors.
- Organization: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize urgencies.
- Systems Proficiency: Experience with Inventory Management systems, ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, Salesforce), and Microsoft Office.
- Physical Aptitude: Ability to lift and handle parts
- Industry Experience: 3+ years in a similar role (e.g., parts counter, warehouse, or service desk).

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
