The X Group is Hiring Class 1 Drivers and Owner Operators
The X Group is growing and looking for experienced Class 1 drivers and owner operators to join our team. We operate in Manitoba and Alberta, with work covering local, regional, highway, and Canada/USA runs.
We currently have multiple projects starting and ongoing, giving drivers and owner operators different work options based on their experience, location, and availability. This is a great opportunity for professional drivers and owner operators who are looking for steady work, long-term growth, and multiple earning opportunities.
Work Opportunities Available:
1. Dump Truck / Aggregate Work
Experience with dump trailers, gravel, sand, and construction or pit work is preferred.
2. Highway Work
Canada and USA highway runs available. Flat deck and RGN experience is an asset.
3. Frac Sand / Oilfield Work
Frac sand hauling opportunities are available in Alberta. Off-road experience is an asset. Experience with B-train grain hopper or sand hopper trailers is preferred.
Owner Operators / Contractors:
We are also looking for contractors and owner operators in the Alberta area who can operate with their own plates, insurance, and equipment. Owner operators with suitable trucks and experience in frac sand, highway, flat deck, RGN, or dump work are encouraged to apply.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 licence
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of driving experience
- Clean driver abstract
- Professional attitude and strong communication skills
- Safety-focused and reliable
- Able to follow dispatch instructions, site rules, and customer requirements
- Off-road, oilfield, dump, flat deck, RGN, or B-train experience is an asset
- Must be able to provide required documents and certificates as needed for the type of work
