Kostklip® Manufacturing is hiring for its Full-Time, Permanent Die Prep Operator position. Opening is currently available for our Day shift Monday to Friday.

Job Summary
Reporting to the Extrusion Department Supervisor, the key areas of responsibilities of the position are to clean the extrusion dies, prepare for production, deliver dies according to the required schedule, and assist the Lead Operator and Shift Supervisor with line set-up and any other activities as requested.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:
- Clean dies after they have been used in production
- Build up cleaned dies for use in production
- Deliver the dies to production to meet the required schedule
- Operation of other tools in the machine shop to assist machinists in their work
- Follow safety instructions
- Reliably sign in and out of jobs in the production data entry system
- Understand the Fire, Emergency and Safety procedures and act in accordance with the intent
- Maintain housekeeping standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school graduate
- 1 year production experience
- Ability in mathematics
- Detailed oriented
- Positive attitude
- Team player and cooperative approach
- Good communications and written ability in English
