About the Opportunity
K2 Group, a fast-growing hospitality and real estate organization with hotels and restaurants across Canada and the U.S., is seeking an experienced Payroll Processor on a part-time subcontract basis. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who wants flexible hours while supporting a dynamic multi-location company.
What You’ll Do
- Process bi-weekly payroll in ADP Workforce Now for multiple entities.
- Verify timesheets, hours, tips, adjustments, vacation, and statutory pay.
- Ensure accuracy of employee data, rate changes, hires/terminations.
- Prepare payroll reports for the Finance team.
- Ensure compliance with Ontario ESA and payroll regulations.
- Provide timely responses to payroll-related questions from managers.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years payroll experience (ADP Workforce Now required).
- Strong understanding of Ontario payroll rules and ESA standards.
- Experience with hospitality or multi-location payroll is an asset.
- High attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Reliable, independent, and comfortable working remotely.
Contract Details
- Part-time subcontractor role: Approx. 8–16 hours bi-weekly (flexible schedule).
