Responsibilities

- Support sales initiatives by assisting with client inquiries, booking processes, and follow-up to maximize revenue opportunities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint
- Collaborate with hotel or hospitality teams to streamline processes, improve guest experiences, and uphold brand standards
- Monitor operational workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and quality
- Assist in training new staff members on operational procedures, customer service protocols, and company policies
- Maintain detailed records of operations activities, incident reports, and client interactions for accountability and continuous improvement
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles within the hospitality or hotel industry
- Strong background in hospitality operations with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse teams effectively
- Familiarity with hotel management systems or related software is a plus
