Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition after collisions or damage, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Assess vehicle damage and develop repair plans to restore vehicles to OEM and industry standards.
- Perform structural, body, panel, dent, and frame repairs, including replacing damaged components.
- Repair or replace body, interior, and mechanical parts using welding, hand tools, power tools, and frame equipment.
- Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and quality checks to ensure safe, durable, and high-quality repairs.
- Collaborate with customers, insurance adjusters, and team members throughout the repair process.
- Maintain accurate repair records and a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
What we are looking for
- Experience in auto body or collision repair - 2 years or more
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
- Problem-solving skills and ability to follow repair procedures
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Physically capable of shop-related tasks and lifting when required
- Willingness to learn and grow in the trade
