Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in human resources management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and process improvement. This role requires excellent communication skills. As well as handling all legal disputes. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR program, supervise staff, and ensure alignment with company objectives while promoting a culture of continuous development and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including change management and program management initiatives.
- Manage employee relations by addressing workplace issues promptly and fostering a positive work environment.
- Supervise payroll processes.
- Drive process improvements related to HR operations through data analysis skills and workflow optimization techniques.
- Facilitate training & development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Manage HR budgets and oversee compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Lead negotiations related to employment terms and benefits with vendors or labor unions when applicable.
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics for senior leadership using tools like PowerPoint or other presentation platforms.
- Handle any legal disputes that require drafting and issuing out letters.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management with supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, employee relations practices, and program management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability in data collection and analysis to inform decision-making processes.
- Experience with process improvement initiatives within HR functions.
- Knowledge of employment law compliance and negotiation techniques related to human resources activities.
