Hidden Valley Services (HVS) is looking for a skilled, reliable, and motivated team member to help us grow. We’re a fast-moving company handling demolition, hauling, cleanup, framing, and specialty project work throughout the Sea to Sky corridor.
We’re looking for someone who’s a true jack-of-all-trades — someone who takes pride in hard work, efficiency, problem solving, and being part of a strong crew culture.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Towing, backing up, and dropping dump trailers safely and precisely
- Demolition work (residential & commercial)
- Site cleanups and dump runs
- Sorting materials and loads onsite
- Assisting with quotes and project walkthroughs
- Carpentry and framing work
- Steel stud framing for commercial interiors
- Operating tools and equipment safely
- Creating invoices onsite using QuickBooks
- Tracking job expenses and keeping project records organized
- Helping keep projects efficient, organized, and professional
As the company grows, there may also be opportunities to branch into additional services and specialty work.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience towing trailers confidently and accurately
- Carpentry and/or framing experience
- Comfortable with physical labor in all weather
- Reliable, self-motivated, and professional
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Equipment experience is a major asset
- Comfortable using QuickBooks and basic digital tools
- Ability to track expenses and stay organized per project
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Bonus Skills
- Commercial steel stud framing
- Demo leadership experience
- Machine operation
- Quoting or estimating experience
Pay
- Starting around $40–$50+ per hour
- Higher pay available for the right person with leadership and strong trade experience
