Job Summary
We are actively seeking experienced Teams to run high-frequency lanes across British Columbia, Alberta, and California. This is a cross-border opportunity built for team drivers who want consistent miles, reliable loads, and the backing of a carrier that takes care of its operators.

Duties
- Operate heavy-duty trucks and trailers for long-distance freight transportation in North America.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations (C-TPAT).
- Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, mileage, and vehicle logs.
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting when required to ensure vehicle reliability.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members regarding schedules and delivery status.
- Follow all federal, state, and company safety regulations during operations.
Requirements
- Reefer Units
- Valid Class 1 / Class A CDL for both drivers.
- Clean drivers abstract (minimum 3 years).
- FAST Card (or willingness to obtain) for US cross-border runs.
- Minimum 1 year team driving experience preferred.
- Valid operating authority or willingness to lease to carrier.
- Truck in good mechanical condition (subject to inspection).
- Experience in commercial driving (3+ Years), freight handling, or related logistics roles preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
