Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and personable Esthetician to join our team at Ocean Breeze Spa in the heart of beautiful Cordova Bay. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare treatments, including facials, body treatments, pedicures, massage while delivering outstanding customer service. The Esthetician will also assist with retail sales, front desk responsibilities and maintaining treatment rooms to ensure a smooth and satisfying client experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, body treatments, massage and pedicures.
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on client needs
- Assist clients at the front desk with check-in, appointment scheduling, and product purchases
- Engage in retail sales by upselling skincare products and enhancing the client’s overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas according to health and safety standards
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and ongoing maintenance for optimal results
Skills
- Proven experience in esthetician services, including facials and pedicures.
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatments and product recommendations
- Ability to handle front desk duties efficiently, including scheduling and client inquiries
- Knowledge of threading and/or medical aesthetics is a plus

Pay: $23.00-$40.00 per hour
