Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile teams and drive successful delivery of enterprise projects. The ideal candidate will have strong Agile coaching experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to lead multiple Scrum teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery activities.
- Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
- Remove impediments, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement.
- Track sprint progress, Agile metrics, and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely project delivery.
- Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Scrum Master.
- Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) – Mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and/or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent leadership, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe) is preferred.
- Available to join within one week.
- Comfortable attending an onsite interview.
Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Quebec City, QC
