Instrumentation Dynatherm is a company specializing in instrumentation and control. We are currently seeking an Instrumentation Technician to join our team. Working alongside other technicians, the Instrumentation Technician will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation, maintenance, and performance of equipment at client site.
Responsibilities
- Appliquer les méthodes d’étalonnage et valider les instruments de mesure, température, débitmètre, pression, voltage, courant, vibration, cellule de charge, force, etc.
- Effectuer la calibration des bancs d’essai des moteurs à turbine.
- Assurer le soutien technique à la production en répondant aux appels de service du client.
- Collaborer à l'amélioration du programme de calibration.
- Développer votre expertise pour fournir des conseils et des consultations techniques au client.

- Perform calibrations and validate measurement instruments, including temperature, flow, pressure, voltage, current, Frequency, Vibration, load cell, Force, and other process instrumentation.
- Perform calibration of turbine engine test benches.
- Provide technical support to production by responding to client service requests.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the calibration program.
- Develop technical expertise to provide clients with technical advice and consultation.
Skills
- Être titulaire d’un diplôme d’études collégiales en Technologie du génie de l’instrumentation, en Technologie du génie électrique, en Instrumentation et contrôle, ou formation équivalente.
- Cumuler un minimum de 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en instrumentation, service de calibration ou dans un poste similaire
- Expérience dans la définition de la tolérance et de la validation
- Expérience dans l'utilisation d'équipements de calibration et/ou de communication
- Excellente capacité de résolution de problème
- Connaissance des logiciels informatiques de base de la suite Microsoft
- Connaissance du logiciel Met/Team et Met/Cal (atout)
- Connaissance de la norme ISO-17025 (atout)
- Détenir un permis de conduire valide en Ontario
- Maîtriser l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit
- Maîtriser le français (atout)
- Être citoyen(ne) canadien(ne) ou Résident(e)
English
- College diploma in Instrumentation Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Instrumentation and Control, or an equivalent field
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in instrumentation, calibration services, or a similar role
- Experience with tolerance determination and validation
- Experience using calibration and/or communication equipment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of MET/TEAM and MET/CAL software is considered an asset
- Knowledge of the ISO/IEC 17025 standard is considered an asset
- Valid Ontario driver's licence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in French is considered an asset
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (Canadian citizen or permanent resident)
Pay: $34.00-$49.00 per hour
