Powersports Digital Marketing & Inventory Content Specialist
Position Summary:
We are seeking a creative, organized, and self-motivated Powersports Digital Marketing & Inventory Content Specialist to support our retail sales team by showcasing inventory online and driving customer engagement across digital platforms. This role is responsible for photographing powersports units, creating compelling online listings, managing social media content, and developing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Marketplace and related platforms.
The ideal candidate understands social media trends, has strong attention to detail, and can present motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, trailers, and other powersports products in a professional and engaging way.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Photography & Merchandising
- Photograph new and used powersports inventory including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, trailers, and accessories
- Ensure units are staged, clean, and presented professionally
- Edit and organize photos for online and marketing use
- Maintain consistent branding and image quality standards
Online Listings & Marketplace Management
- Create and manage listings across Facebook Marketplace and other online sales platforms
- Write clear, accurate, and engaging product descriptions
- Upload pricing, specifications, features, and financing/promotional details
- Monitor listings to ensure accuracy and timely updates
- Remove sold inventory and refresh aging listings
Social Media Content Creation
- Develop engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels
- Capture photos and short-form videos for reels, stories, promotions, and featured inventory
- Schedule and publish regular social media posts
- Promote dealership events, sales campaigns, new arrivals, and seasonal promotions
- Collaborate with sales and management teams on promotional ideas
Paid Advertising
- Build and manage paid ads on Facebook Marketplace and Meta platforms
- Create targeted advertising campaigns to generate leads and drive showroom traffic
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust budgets, targeting, and creative content as needed
- Track engagement, inquiries, and conversion performance
General Marketing Support
- Assist with dealership branding and promotional initiatives
- Maintain organized digital media files and marketing assets
- Support website inventory presentation and digital merchandising
- Stay current on social media trends and marketplace advertising strategies
Qualifications:
- Experience with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace and Meta Ads Manager preferred
- Basic photography and photo editing skills
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual presentation
- Interest or experience in powersports, automotive, or recreational vehicles is considered an asset
Preferred Skills:
- Experience creating short-form video content
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
- Understanding of digital marketing and paid social advertising
- Basic analytics/reporting experience for social media campaigns
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced retail dealership environment
- Combination of indoor showroom, outdoor lot, and office/computer work
- May require occasional evening or weekend content coverage during events or promotions
