We’re hiring experienced cleaners who can confidently handle deep cleans in condo environments and work efficiently during month-end, our busiest time. This role is best for someone who takes pride in results, understands condo etiquette (concierge, elevators, rules), and can perform at a fast pace without sacrificing quality.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning in vacant condos (move-out/move-in turnovers)
- Clean kitchens thoroughly (cabinet exteriors, backsplash, counters, sinks, stovetop, etc.)
- Clean bathrooms thoroughly (toilets, tubs/showers, tiles, fixtures, mirrors, floors)
- Dust and wipe all surfaces (baseboards, doors, light switches, trim, vents as applicable)
- Vacuum and mop floors with attention to corners and edges
- Spot-clean walls where needed (light marks only, per scope)
- Communicate professionally with concierge/building staff and follow condo rules
- Take clear before/after photos when required
- Maintain speed, quality, and consistency across multiple units per day
Requirements (Non-Negotiables)
- Previous professional cleaning experience (residential, condo, or commercial)
- Strong knowledge of cleaning products and tools (what to use, where, and why)
- Comfortable working in condo buildings and speaking professionally with concierge
- Must be available for month-end / peak season schedules (especially summer)
- Ability to work fast without cutting corners
- Must be dependable, punctual, and responsive by text/phone
- Physically able to handle cleaning work (standing, bending, lifting supplies)
Performance Standard (What Success Looks Like)
- You can complete a deep clean independently and meet quality checks
- You can scale to 3+ units in a day once fully confident and efficient
- If you need polishing: you must still have experience and be able to learn quickly
(You may shadow a lead cleaner until you’re ready to clean solo.)

Compensation
Competitive pay based on experience and performance. Cleaners who can “hit the ground running” and maintain high standards are compensated accordingly.
