Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, business development, and account management, with a focus on B2B sales and technology solutions. This role involves building strong client relationships, negotiating deals, and expanding our market presence. Fluency in English is preferred to effectively serve diverse customer bases. The Salesperson will play a key role in driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
- Conduct outside sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage key accounts by maintaining ongoing communication, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development efforts
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new product or service opportunities
- Provide technical sales support by explaining product features and benefits to clients
- Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the sales process to foster long-term relationships
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B technology or business solutions
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals
- Experience in business development and account management roles
- Familiarity with marketing strategies that support sales growth
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client relationships and sales pipelines
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and customer needs
- Prior experience in technical sales or related fields is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
Pay: From $4,500.00 per month
