Our client, a globally recognized organization in the Pharmaceutical Industry is seeking Inventory Analyst's to join their growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Maintain an accurate count on inventory storage locations by physically counting inventory.
- Review, investigate and report location discrepancies by collaborating with team leads, receiving department and DC associates
- Collaborate with Inventory Audit team to identify and report key errors involving individual performance
- Collaborate with DC associates to ensure inventory handling is executed with accuracy
- Collaborate with the inventory profilers to ensure the "right" stock is in the" right" locations
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
- Maintain high standards of security, health and safety to avoid accidents/injuries.
- Organize material in the plant and warehouse receiving area according to specified material locations.
- Conduct inventory counts
- Excellent communication skills and customer interfacing (oral & written)
- Knowledge of ERP and SAP computer systems
- Skilled in organization, preparing spreadsheets, word processing, problem solving, communication, attention to detail, teamwork, training and leadership
- Must be able to read and carry out instructions as laid out in S.O.P.s
- WHMIS, Health and Safety, First Aid training is an asset.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED with 2+ years of experience working in a warehouse/production environment
- Prior experience working with SAP software is preferred.
- Experience with inventory handling and high attention to detail required
- Intermediate experience using Microsoft Excel is required.
- Requires demonstrated problem-solving skills, good attention to detail and basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
- Ability to multitask and work in a faced paced environment with multiple deadlines
- Demonstrated high level of personal accountability, reliability, sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Must be able to read and carry out instructions as laid out in S.O.P.s
- WHMIS, Health and Safety, First Aid training is an asset
