Maximum Mechanical is adding to our team! We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development/Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing long-term client relationships, and supporting growth in preventative maintenance agreements, service work, and retrofit projects.
The successful candidate will focus on relationship-based sales within the commercial and industrial sectors, working closely with operations, service, and estimating teams to deliver a high level of customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships
- Conduct sales presentations tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively to meet company targets
- Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to develop strategies that generate leads and enhance brand visibility
- Manage sales pipeline using to track progress and forecast future growth
- Coordinate with management teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and successful delivery of solutions
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify emerging opportunities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a track record of achieving targets
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
- Industry specific knowledge would be an asset
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and digital outreach techniques
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
