Powerline Technician Subforeperson
Total Wage Pkg consists of Base $53.08, Vac/Stat $5.31, HW/RRSP $11.45
Powerline Technician Foreperson
Total Wage Pkg consists of Base $56.68, Vac/Stat $5.67, HW/RRSP $11.45

Work Scope
- Transmission Line construction, maintenance, and refurbishment work of the Bulk Electrical System
- Planning and scheduling resources and the execution of day-to-day work activities for the TX Program Work and TX Capital Projects
- Transmission Lines Stringing
- Transmission Tower Assembly/Erection
- Insulator Replacement
- Wood Pole Replacement
- Shieldwire Replacement
- OPGW Installation
- Conductor dead ending, looping etc.
Requirements:
- Valid G Licence
- Red Seal Certified Powerline Technician Journeyperson
- Previous Supervisory experience is an asset
- Previous Transmission Experience is an asset
- Knowledge of Hydro One Safety Rules and Procedures is an asset
- Must be physically able and willing to climb transmission towers and poles
- Must be able to perform all rescue techniques including bucket evacuation
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Valid and maintained DZ or AZ driver's license
