We are seeking a reliable, creative, and customer-focused professional to manage our Shopify store, social media presence, and support boutique operations in a permanent part-time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize our Shopify website.
- Create and execute social media content and campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and monthly newsletters.
- Update website content, products, and promotions.
- Provide exceptional customer service online, by phone, and in-store.
- Track performance analytics and recommend growth strategies.
- Assist with customer information, inquiries, and point-of-sale transactions.
- Learn our fitting services to better represent our brand and customers.
Qualifications
- Experience with Shopify and social media management.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking.
- Positive attitude and sense of humor.
- Ability to work 25-30 flexible hours between Mon-Sat, with Sun and Stats off.
