We are currently seeking a Part-Time Clinic Administrator to join our team in Taber. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete and support day-to-day front desk and administrative operations
- Provide leadership and support to the admin team
- Ensure efficient scheduling, billing, and client communication
- Liaise with clinical staff to maintain smooth workflow
- Monitor office supplies and manage clinic inventory
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold Rebound Health’s high standards of care and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Prior administrative experience in a healthcare or clinic setting (preferred)
- Experience with billing Insurance, MVA and WCB claims is a strong asset
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
