Position: CNC PROGRAMMER/MACHINIST
Location: Shelburne, ON (15 minutes East)
Shift: Days
Duration: Full Time / Permanent
Pay: $30 - $38 per hour
Position Duties:
- Machine Control: Translating CAD/CAM designs into exact toolpaths to cut, drill, and shape raw materials into precise components.
- System Integration: Creating custom setups and fixtures for robotic assembly, MIG/TIG welding, and other turnkey automation cells built for automotive and medical clients.
- Quality Assurance: Machining to tight tolerances, verifying specifications using blueprints, and updating tool offsets to ensure zero defects.
Qualifications:
- Software: Proficiency in CAM programming software and G-code.
- Education: High school diploma, supplemented by relevant machining/technical certifications or a completed apprenticeship.
- Experience: 3+ years of programming and operating CNC mills and lathes in a production or tooling environment.
Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour
